Pickard Group Checklist! Preparing Your Home For Sale...

A Homeowner's Guide To Selling Your Home

 Follow our comprehensive

checklist to prepare your home for sale

A detailed home checkup is just like a visit to the doctor's office for your medical checkup. You want to know what's okay and what's not okay.

And you want to take measures to fix things that need fixing before we start to show your home.

All of the items listed in the checklist included are items an inspector WILL look at, that YOU have control over and things that generally can be fixed easily.

When a Home Inspector finds a defect, the buyer can request a repair credit, often at a price that is more than the repair would cost to be completed.

By being proactive, your home selling experience will be smoother and stress-free.

Once you?ve completed your checklist and are ready to sell, we?ll provide an often overlooked and under-estimated service for you.

Staging your home properly can add thousands to your bottom line!
